What are your current store hours?

We are currently operating on Winter Hours:

• Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Tuesday: Closed

What is the "Drop, Shop, and Review" process?

It’s our streamlined way of acquiring your cards. You drop off your graded cards for intake, we professionally evaluate them while you browse our inventory, and then we sit down for a one-on-one consultation to review our offer.

Do I need an appointment to sell?

Yes. To provide every collector with our full attention, we conduct evaluations during dedicated time slots on Saturdays and Mondays. Please book your 30-minute session via our [Link to Booking].

What We Buy & Trade

What types of cards do you accept?

We are aggressively buying and trading high-quality Graded Cards (Slabs). This includes Sports (Basketball, Football, Baseball, etc.) and TCG (Pokémon, etc.).

How do you determine card values?

We use real-time market data from major online marketplaces and recent completed sales. We provide a transparent valuation spreadsheet during your consultation so you can see exactly how we arrived at our offer.

How do I get paid?

We offer immediate payouts via Cash, Zelle, or Store Credit once the transaction is finalized. Store Credit is our most popular option for collectors looking to "trade up" into new inventory.

Rewards, Gifts & Events

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes! We value our community. We have a rewards program in-store and online that allows you to earn points on your purchases. Make sure to ask us how to sign up during your next visit.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

We do! Gift cards are the perfect way to give someone the "Break Point" experience. You can purchase them in-store or online here: Gift Cards.

Do you host events?

Not currently, but we are avidly planning to start hosting events within the next month or so! Follow our socials or join our email list for the official announcements.

Requirements & Policies

Why do I need to sign an agreement?

To protect both the shop and the collector, we require a signed Trade & Purchase Agreement and a valid government-issued ID for all transactions. This ensures a professional, secure, and transparent process for everyone.

Can I change my mind after the deal is done?

Once a transaction is agreed upon and payment or credit has been issued, the sale is final and irreversible. We encourage you to review the valuation spreadsheet thoroughly with our team during your appointment.
